#2.Scope and applicability

This policy describes how we process personal data under the EU/EEA General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)[1] , the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 [2] , and the ePrivacy rules on cookies and similar technologies [3] . It applies to our website, contact forms, and marketing communications.

#3.Personal data we collect

  • Identifiers and contact details: name, email address, phone number, company.
  • Communication content: messages you send via forms or email, and related metadata.
  • Usage and device data: pages viewed, interactions, IP address, device type, browser, language, referrer/UTM parameters, and approximate location (city/region) inferred from IP.
  • Cookie and online identifiers: _ga and other analytics identifiers, ad identifiers such as the Google click identifier (gclid) where consented, and similar.

#4.Sources of personal data

  • Directly from you when you contact us or request information.
  • Automatically from your device when you browse our website (subject to your consent for non‑essential cookies).
  • From our service providers (e.g., analytics and advertising platforms) where enabled by your consent.

#6.Cookies, consent and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies are used on the basis of our legitimate interests. Analytics, functional and advertising cookies are used only with your prior consent in accordance with GDPR and ePrivacy rules.

  • Strictly necessary: required for basic operation and security.
  • Analytics: helps us understand site performance and usage (e.g., Google Analytics 4).
  • Advertising: used to measure campaigns and, where enabled, personalise ads (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Pixel).

You can change your preferences at any time using the button below. Your choices will be honoured through Consent Mode and similar controls where supported.

#7.Google tags and Meta Pixel

Where enabled by your consent, we implement Google tags (including Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads) and the Meta Pixel.

  • Google: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data may be processed by Google LLC in the United States subject to appropriate safeguards. We use Consent Mode to respect your choices and, where configured, IP anonymisation and data retention limits.
  • Meta: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland. Where the Meta Pixel is enabled by consent, it may collect event data to measure ad performance.

For more information, please see the providers' privacy notices.

#8.Disclosures and processors

We do not sell your personal data. We share personal data with vendors acting as our processors only as necessary to provide our services, under data processing agreements. Typical categories include hosting, analytics and advertising platforms (where consented), and email delivery.

  • Email delivery: Resend (used to send form confirmations and notifications).
  • Analytics and advertising: Google (GA4/Ads) and Meta (Pixel), where consented.

We may also disclose data if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a reorganisation.

#9.International transfers

Where we transfer personal data outside the UK or EEA, we implement appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. Where vendors participate in the EU‑US Data Privacy Framework or UK Extension, we rely on those frameworks where applicable.

#10.Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described, including to meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements. Typical periods: enquiry correspondence up to 24 months; server logs up to 90 days; analytics data in accordance with the tool's settings (e.g., up to 14 months for Google Analytics 4 when configured).

#11.Your rights

You have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object to processing, including to direct marketing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the UK, this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). In the EEA, you can contact your local data protection authority.
